“When the evil Cuban Communist Arthur Basel murders the daughter of a pacifist art dealer named Ted Vernon in Miami and steals a valuable painting, Ted teams up with rogue cop Detective RubberDoll and Miami Bass musician Otto Von Schirach to seek out revenge.
